Van holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University and Bachelor of Laws from La Trobe University. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2011. Prior to admission, Van gained invaluable experiences at a Community Legal Centre and Victoria Legal Aid.
Since admission, Van has worked in private practices in and around Melbourne. She is experienced in property transactions including residential and commercial conveyancing, “off-the-plan” purchases and sales, retail and commercial leasing, business conveyancing, franchising, drafting and advising on commercial contracts, Wills and estate administration, civil litigation and dispute resolution.
Van is personable and adopts a commercially pragmatic approach when advising clients. Van keeps herself abreast of developments in the law by regularly organising and engaging with continuing professional development events
