Jamie has a broad commercial property practice but specialises in commercial leasing. He is an Accredited Specialist of the Law Institute of Victoria in Commercial Tenancy Law by the Law Institute of Victoria
He is also acts for clients in leasing and property dispute resolution.
Over many years he has advised landlords and tenants on complex commercial leasing transactions. And vendors and purchasers in relation to property sales and acquisitions and developments. He often presents at seminars conducted by the Law Institute of Victoria and Legalwise.
He is the Deputy Chair of the Law Institute of Victoria Property and Environment Law Section Executive Committee, and a member of the Law Institute’s Leases Committee.
